Genesys Flocculants

Genefloc ABF is used to improve the performance of filtration equipment and suppress algae and bacteria growth. It is a low molecular weight flocculant for use in surface, well and process waters of medium to high SDI.

Genefloc ABF is for use in industrial non potable water applications. Other flocculants from the Genefloc product range are available as required.

To minimise membrane fouling the silt density index (SDI) should be kept as low as possible. Genefloc GPF can be used to improve the performance of filtration equipment and has been developed as a general-purpose flocculant for use in surface, well and process waters with medium to high SDI values.

The selection of the best flocculant for a specific water quality often requires site testing. Genefloc GPF has been proven to be effective in more than 90% of cases where it has been used and shows no damaging effects to membranes if over-dosed.

Genefloc PWF is used to improve the performance of filtration equipment. It has been developed as a general-purpose (low molecular weight) flocculant for use in surface, well and process waters of medium to high SDI.

Genefloc PWF conforms to European Standard EN 1408: 1998 “Chemicals used for treatment of water intended for human consumption – polyDADMAC”.
